On September 16, 2007 I will be doing the Nautica Malibu Triathlon in memory of my dad, Grant Burns, as part of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team In Training program. In honor of my dad and his love of cycling, I will be riding his bike for the 18 mile cycling portion. My new team...


The summer season 2006 of Team In Training has ended and I had a great time mentoring a group of women who successfully finished the San Diego Rock 'N' Roll marathon and half marathon and Alaska Mayor's Midnight Sun Marathon this past June. I trained along side them here and there but took it easy before my next commitment with TNT started, which is to train for the Nike Women's Half Marathon. I met my new team in May and started training and fundraising again. I am excited for the new season and my next TNT adventure! Thank you for all your support!
